Called in an order for a large group to be delivered later in the day. Pizza was great, woman who took the order was amazing and delivery was right on time! Definitely recommend!

the last time we got pizza here, they did not put nearly enough crust seasoning, to the point that i'd initially thought they'd forgotten it altogether. this time, however the older gentleman with the white hair used a beautifully copious amount and it is very delicious. thank you for putting a lot of crust seasoning on my pizza, 5 stars

Very disappointed. Have had good pizza in the past. Today got the New York pizza special. Picked it up at the time I was told, drove 1 mile home. It was barely warm and dried out when we opened the box. Very little cheese. It had the texture and taste of a day old pizza that had been just barely rewarmed. Doubt I Will order from them again.

Cottage Inn has been my favorite pizza restaurant for many years, however, I will only go to the Okemos location. They take extra care to ensure the food is always fresh, deliciously made, and deliver it with awesome customer service. 10/10 recommend!

I've enjoyed Cottage Inn pizzas since 2007 (Ann Arbor). I live out of the area now, but this is my favorite regional pizza chain, and when I am traveling I usually order extra to bring home and freeze. The Okemos location is pick-up/delivery (no eat-in seating), and I was very happy with the pizzas, cheese bread, and subs. I most recently ordered a jalapeno popper cheesebread, Ultimate Pepperoni (pizza of the week), and an 4-topping pizza (Monday/Tuesday special) to eat during the week and to bring home. The pizzas were 14", the cheesebread 12", and that was a great deal at < $40 without tax/tip. They gave much more dipping sauce than I requested, and everything tasted great. I ordered through the Cottage Inn app, and it was ready on time. I have enjoyed all of the gourmet pizzas I've ordered; the Vegan Supreme, Greek, and Roma Pesto are really excellent.
